Cooling Off - Yippy!!

Can you believe it is the middle of August!? Where is the summer going? It is also hard to believe that Logan is going to be 7 months next week! She is getting big and really trying to crawl. We baby proofed the fire place so far and will start working on the rest of the house soon. She will be mobile before we know it! We all had a very fun week last week as her school was closed for teacher training so she spent more time with Mommy and Daddy then usual. Mimi also had some quality time with her when I had to go to work for a bit.

The weather has given us a break from the heat this past week so we bought Logan a tree swing and have spent some time outside. It has been so great to get out after all the 100 degree weather and she really loves it outside.

Here she is watching the Olympics' Opening Ceremony with Daddy. Daddy was so excited about the games beginning and I think he passed on his interest to Logan as she was glued to the TV - it was quite the show!

We went over to Matt's for a swim and Logan had her first pool party with the boys!!

She loves to roll around and play on Mommy and Daddy's bed.

This is the day Daddy stayed home to watch her as her school was closed for in-service teacher training. She had a blast as he had her playing in her exersaucer and watching a Baby Einstein video. She didn't know which way to turn she was so excited!

She is STILL teething with no teeth showing up yet! Poor thing! The nurse recommended teething biscuits and as you can see she loves them. PRETTY MESSY!!!
